NB! whether you chose to book with us directly or through your funeral director, the price you pay will be the same. Although we work closely with funeral directors, and in most cases are recommended by them, they do not charge a commission as this is against their ethical code of practice.
It is appreciated that short notice will be inevitable in these circumstances; we will do our utmost to accommodate your request with 12 hours notice. In Fact, we have attended at least 4 with 2 hours notice when families have been let down.

All our prices quoted include the cage(s) and baskets decorated appropriately and a poem which is written by us specifically for your loved one. At Lovey Dovey Uk, we believe that YOUR wishes are important at this time, and will not impose our thoughts on you, but we are here to offer support and guidance to give your loved one the farewell they would have been proud of. Whether that is traditional black attire and decor, a splash of colour, or a favourite flower, your Doves will pay tribute to your loved one with dignity, grace and class.
This is said to symbolise the departing spirit, watching it fly off to find peace, serenity and as many believe – a new beginning. You can choose to liberate the Dove(s) by hand or straight from their baskets....don't worry, we are right by your side to help you release the doves and ensure a beautiful farewell for your loved one! We can liaise with your funeral director on your behalf if you wish, or we can release the Doves for you. We can provide an appropriate short verse or poem for you, that we are happy to read on your behalf. We will write this especially for you to reflect the life of the person you have lost. We never copy poems from the internet, we believe your dove release should be unique, and the only way of achieving this, is to get to know a little about you and your loved one, and put it into words for you.
Having been chosen to conduct 100's of services, we have many ideas which can be discussed to meet your requirements.
